Hey and welcome to this blog! If you have visited the JVH creative Fine Art website before, you may have noticed a few changes around here. Yes, the website had a little – no Jess, no understatement here!  – well ok, quite an extensive update. – You being able to read this, is just one of the new features this website has gained – a blog! And to be quite honest, the blog is not just new to the website, it is also quite a new thing to myself. – Oh, and by the way, I am Jessica, Jess. If you don’t know who I am or what I have to do with this website, just have a look at the About Page and find out a little more about me.

So, for the last few weeks, I tried to free up some extra time in my day to put work into this website. That meant working late nights and putting in a few more hours over the weekends.

But why did I go through all of this, when I already had a website?

You could say, a new year and new beginnings and that would be partly right. But I also felt that we have come out of the teething phase with the business, and I now have a much better understanding and a clearer vision as to where this business should go.

What is the vision?

The future? – In a nutshell: Continue drawing, extend the range of products and make these products available to a bigger audience!

But hey, things don’t happen over night and you have to start somewhere. With the new website, we worked hard to improve the user-friendliness of the website. The shop is now much easier to access and well structured. We also worked hard on product descriptions and information and got new equipment to produce better product images. SEO improvement, back end optimisation and additional security measurements all got an overhaul – and whilst these features are not quite visible to you, it’ll hopefully drive more traffic to the site.

What else is coming …?

In the past few weeks I also looked into new suppliers, new products and designs to be added to our shop. Some of which I hope to be able to introduce within the next few weeks. – So, stay tuned!

We also had a little sneak peak into opportunities to sell to our customers in person – but more information on this topic will follow at a later stage.

As you can see, there is a lot happening at the moment and even more in the pipeline.

If you like to follow up on our journey, please come back and visit again or follow us on one of our Social Media channels.

See you soon and have a nice, productive week!
