Delivery & Returns
Upon receipt of your order and payment in full, we aim to dispatch all items within 1 – 3 working days.
Should any items be temporarily out of stock, we will inform you via email and advise you on a delivery date.
Items will be delivered to the address given by the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are sent to the wrong address if this is what has been provided.
Charges for delivery will be calculated within you shopping basked during checkout. Charges are as follows:
small items (cards, bookmarks …) – £ 0.80
medium items (mugs, small framed prints …) per item – £ 3.00
medium prints – £ 3.50
large prints – £ 5.00
small items (cards, bookmarks …) – £ 1.50
medium items (mugs, small framed prints …) per item – £ 7.00
medium prints – £ 6.50
large prints – £ 12.00
USA and Canada:
small items (cards, bookmarks …) – £ 3.00
medium items (mugs, small framed prints …) per item – £ 15.00
medium prints – £ 12.00
large prints – £ 18.00
If not stated different, the standard delivery times are as follows:
UK Mainland – Delivery time 2 – 5 working days
EU countries – Delivery time 5 – 10 working days
USA and Canada – Delivery time 5 – 14 working days
International orders, other than to the EU, USA or Canada:

Please note: In some instances, local customs or duty charges may apply and will be required to be paid additionally by the customer upon arrival of the goods.
To comply with The Consumer Rights Act 2015, we maintain a 14 day returns policy.
Should you not be satisfied with your order, please contact us via email and we will gladly refund or exchange your item.
Up on return of the unwanted goods we will refund the full price (excluding any postage fees) as long as they are returned to us within 14 days of delivery and in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
You are responsible for returning any unwanted goods to us. The item/s must be returned in the condition in which they were received – unworn, unused and in their original packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been worn or arrive back to us in any other condition than in which they were received.
It is always in the customer’s interest to retain proof of postage.
